The Penn Collective accepted the call for solidarity with Indian Women Wrestlers and participated with other like-minded organisations in the protest at Egmore, Chennai on June 5, 2023.
We demanded an immediate trial of the accused for violation of the PoSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and POCSO Act. We reiterated that playgrounds, stadiums, legislative assemblies and public spaces belong to women equally.
