Empowering Communities Through Action
1. We, at the Penn Collective, are zero tolerant to any and all kinds of harassment or abuse inside and outside the collective.
2. As a collective that has not been registered yet, we plan to evolve our own PoSH and anti-sexual harassment policy very soon. Please put in your suggestions, if any, for evolving this policy.
3. We are an independent collective. We might collaborate with various organizations for specific events/programs or share resources, but we are essentially an independent collective.
4. We commit to the fullest to create this space as a safe space for everyone.
5. Outside of the events of our collective, if you wish to maintain friendships or acquaintances with volunteers of this collective or would like to be involved in events with other collaborator organizations, we leave the judgement to you.
6. Kindly reach out to me, Poorani - 9884692446 or Ashweetha - 9787782771, in case you need any assistance or guidance if you face any issue or incidents of harassment in any of our events/ or otherwise.
We would like to reiterate that this is a safe space, and we would like to maintain it that way! ❤️ Request all your cooperation in that way as well.
