On 10th October 2025, Ms. Poorani interacted with 30+ women from various Self-Help Groups at Valleeswaran Thottam, Chennai as part of a Community Organising initiative.
The session was part of the Community Organising initiative of MSW students from MCC College and ASHA Nivas Social Service Centre, focused on women's entrepreneurship and transformative leadership.
Best practices in women's entrepreneurship were shared, drawing energy from the inspiring stories of SHG women who have built businesses and livelihoods through collective strength.
