On September 12, 2023, The Penn Collective proudly launched the 'Stories of Sisterhood' campaign — celebrating the power of women standing together and dismantling the patriarchal myth that 'women are women's worst enemies'.
Women worldwide were invited to shoot a video of up to 3 minutes narrating their 'Story of Sisterhood' and post it on Instagram tagging @thepenncollective, nominating at least 5 other women to continue the chain. This narrative of sisterhood and solidarity challenges patriarchy's strategy of dividing women.
The online campaign was followed by an offline 'Stories of Sisterhood' event. The Penn Collective thanks every woman who shared her story, every ally who spread the word, and every person who believed in the power of sisterhood.
